This integration ("the App") is a private, internal tool built and used solely by Ark Advisory Group, LLC ("Ark") to connect Ark's own QuickBooks Online company to Ark's own internal bookkeeping and automation tooling. It has exactly one authorized user: Ark Advisory Group itself.

What data the App accesses

The App reads and writes accounting data (transactions, accounts, invoices, reports, and similar records) within Ark's own QuickBooks Online company, using access explicitly authorized by Ark through Intuit's OAuth process.

How that data is used

• Solely for Ark's own internal bookkeeping, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.
• Never used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to Ark's own accounting operations.

Where data is stored

The App does not operate a separate hosted database. Data remains in Ark's own QuickBooks Online company (hosted by Intuit) and in Ark's own private local systems used to run the integration.

Third parties

Because the App is not distributed or made available to any other user or company, there are no other parties whose data this policy could apply to. This policy exists solely to satisfy Intuit's developer requirements for production API access.
