This integration ("the App") is developed and operated solely by Ark Advisory Group, LLC ("Ark", "we", "us") for Ark's own internal use. The App connects Ark's own QuickBooks Online company to Ark's own internal bookkeeping and automation tooling.
The App is not made available to the public, to other companies, or to other QuickBooks Online users. It is not distributed, marketed, or listed on any application marketplace, and no third party may install or connect the App to their own QuickBooks Online company.
Because the App has exactly one authorized user (Ark Advisory Group, connecting to its own company data), there is no license grant to any other party, and no warranty is made to any party beyond Ark's own internal use.
